Matt Gaetz (R-FL-01) says he and his colleagues asked Mark Pomerantz whether Pomerantz broke the law in the investigation of President Trump and whether he destroyed evidence.
Pomerantz took the Fifth.
"Innocent people take the Fifth, I guess, all the time," Gaetz said.
