Downtown Seattle shooting suspects are returned to King County after Las Vegas arrests

A Department of Corrections extradition team traveled to Las Vegas and brought back Marquise Tolbert and William Toliver, the two shooting suspects who have been charged with murder and assault, accused of instigating a gunfight at Third Avenue and Pine Street that killed one woman and injured six other innocent bystanders.
