Karnataka minister smells tourism opportunity in beef politics of Kerala, gets trolled and amends

On January 15, the Kerala tourism department, taking a dig at the “hard right” over the issue of beef posted a tweet which read: “Tender chunks of beef, slow-roasted with aromatic spices, coconut pieces, and curry leaves. A recipe for the most classic dish, Beef Ularthiyathu, the stuff of legends, from the land of spices.”
