Consuming alcohol restructures brain causing changes in functioning, finds study

[USA], Jan 18 (ANI): As people are already aware of the harmful effects of alcohol addiction, and the habit leading to many health problems, a new study has linked excessive alcohol consumption to the brain and its functions. A new study has found that alcohol addiction and abstinence both may lead to a restructuring of the brain or cause changes in its functioning.
