JNU sloganeering and toolkit among sedition cases under probe in Delhi

The Supreme Court's decision to put the sedition law on hold till the time the government re-evaluates it is likely to impact a few controversial cases being probed in the capital by Delhi Police. At the top of the list is the JNU sloganeering case of 2016 involving then students Kanhaiya Kumar and Umar Khalid, the case against former JNU student Sharjeel Imam and the "toolkit case" against climate activist Disha Ravi.
