The UN nuclear watchdog's head said Monday he hoped Moscow and Kyiv would agree within hours to his offer to discuss nuclear safety after Russia seized Europe's largest power plant in Ukraine. The battle had caused "unprecedented danger of a nuclear accident" and should not be repeated under any circumstances, said International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) director general Rafael Grossi.
