In another clip, an ambulance drove to the site and firefighters and paramedics were seen attempting to rescue the injured motorist.
The motorist named Li was sent to hospital.
Although Li had three broken ribs, he was not in life-threatening condition.
According to reports, the motorist's misoperation combined with the road's wet surface caused the incident.
