Thou shalt not kill, premeditate murder or criminal homicide.
If it is done, then the murderer who is found guilty in a court of law shall be given capital punishment!
A person can NOT have salvation in Jesus Christ while they are in the flesh.
Only God can wash away that blood from their hands.
(There are a couple of examples but those are exceptional.)
