Superhero Announcement?

Earlier today on his social media site (TS), Mr. T.

Posted a short video clip with the preface, "America needs a superhero.

I will be making a major announcement tomorrow." The Universe was asked how this announcement would be received the day it was made (pre-decodes), three days later, and one month down the road.
