NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, is "confident" that "allies will reaffirm that Ukraine will become a member".
Speaking at an alliance summit in Vilnius, the Lithuanian capital, Stoltenberg says "we need to stand by Ukraine for as long as it takes."
