The Disney board and Bob Iger survived this years battle with Nelson Peltzs but had to give up control over their personal fiefdom in Florida after settling their lawsuit with the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District.
And the days of pain are not yet quite over for disney as they have apparently been paying to transition people!
And not fully informing them of the consequences of doing so which spawn fresh lawsuits and legal troubles for the house of the mouse
